WHY TAKE THE SSET (SECONDARY SCHOOL EQUIVALENCE TESTS)?
-To register for Vocational Education.
-To gain access to some jobs.
-To achieve a personal satisfaction.

THE SSET CONSISTS OF:
3 mandatory tests
- English Grammar
- English Comprehension
2 other tests are chosen from the following:
- Social Studies
- Natural Science
Must pass all 5 tests with 60% each.
If a test is failed, it can be retaken within 6 months. However, if a test is failed twice, all tests must be retaken but only after 12 months.
An Attestation of Equivalence in Secondary Studies (AESS) WILL BE ISSUED BY THE MINISTRY.
